PATIENT REGISTRATION
Outpatient Registration is located on the first floor directly behind the switchboard. All registration services for outpatient testing is performed here. The Outpatient Registration Department also manages daily switchboard operations. Registration is open on the following days:
Monday - 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Tuesday- 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Wednesday - 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Thursday - 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Friday- 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Saturday - 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Sunday - Closed
Closed Holidays.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
The Patient Accounting Department is located on the first floor behind the switchboard. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Services include insurance and patient billing, collections, patient inquiries, and providing help with physician and local ambulance billing. We are also happy to explain insurance payments and to perform insurance follow-ups, if needed. The department manager may be contacted at 724-626-2419.
PHARMACY SERVICES
The Pharmacy Department supplies medications and prescriptions to our in-patients. This service is also extended to hospital employees and their dependents. A limited supply of over-the-counter medications are available for purchase on site. The Pharmacy is open seven days a week and on holidays. Pharmacists may be reached at 724-626-2393. Matthew Mascia, PharmD., currently serves as Clinical Pharmacy Director.
